A duly filled application form is to be submitted with non – refundable non – transferable registration fee within 3 days from the date of the issue of the form with –
A) A copy of birth certificate must be attached to it.
B) A photo copy of report card of the last school attended (if applicable).
Securing admission for a pupil the parent / guardian has to register the name of his ward first by filling in the prescribed registration form. Admission shall be given on the basis of availability of seats on priority.
Admission is confirmed only after the payment of fees and on the submission of the school leaving certificate / original municipal Birth certificate.
The children from other states shall submit their school leaving certificate/ original municipal Birth certificate properly signed by the competent authority of the state.
